EQ Starts up in windowed

Hello, i need a fix to EQ starting up in windowed mode. I read something about changing it maunally threw a file called EQCLIENT.INI but i dont have that file in my root folder ! I reinstalled, and still i dont have it! when i try and start the game in windowed, i get a "Cannot read memory" error. Please help?

cannot read memory is usually due to a resolution issue. try going into options and setting it to the lowest resolution possible, and then fixing it in game. there is a way to change windowed mode option before log in, i believe the DUXA installer can do this for you. it is available on the forums somewhere. start out with the lowest resolution and fix it in game, though.
