Default Preview Items
I understand that Previewing Items is right click on the picture? However after trying this and other combinations it still doesnt work, is there anyway to fix this?

click and hold right click. or alt left click.

I guess what is happening is you might have your item windows set to full transparency, or they are located off screen. Try reloading your UI (/loadskin) but have the 'Keep Your Layout' toggle unselected.

Also, which UI are you using? I guess some UIs might have item preview windows disabled for classic reasons?
