Lava Elemental in Sol A

This thing ran away beneath the lava on low health while we were distracted with the other gnomes in its room. It has yet to come back after 10+ minutes. Does this mob not regen and will be stuck under the world?

Camp out everyone on its aggro list, it should come back. Prevents a train coning your way too

Lava Elemental ran for the zoneline, he's like that guy in your group who gates the second things start to look messy.
For those 10 minutes, he was hitting "Bind Wound" but didn't realize that bandages burn.
Lava Elemental lives to fight another day!

I am fairly certain he despawns once he has been down there long enough. At least that is what the wiki says and what I experienced when I was at the spawn before. Eventually the spot respawns without him ever having returned.

I had something similar happen; fought a lava elemental down and it ran thru the lava column. OOCd I was fighting the mob and just waiting for it to path to me so I could finish it off. Unfortunately I noticed it's hp start dropping and it died / I got xp. Someone else had finished it off. I managed to get it on /target but couldn't /loot. After 2 minutes the corpse disappeared.

Basically someone killed the fleeing mob then looted it.

I petitioned it immediately saying I was looking for a Runed Lava Pendant. One of the staff looked into the issue and let me know the mob didn't drop anything of interest that time.

I had something similar happen in LGuk. Some people will just snipe your fleeing mobs and hope you don't find the corpse within 2 minutes.

Sorry, forgot I had even made this thread.

It wandered into some other part of the zone and someone finished it at 9%. It dropped the potion that time, got the lava pendant awhile later
