LTK not dropping talisman

To follow up better on this, tonight we killed LTK and she didn't drop a ST key talisman. We have killed her several times in the past and she has always dropped one. I was under the impression that it was supposed to be a 100% drop rate from her as well as all the dragons that drop ST key talismans.

If I had to make a guess, I'd bet that alot of the drop rates were imported from magelo.

Magelo shows - LTK with a 77% drop rate on the neck. (http://eq.magelo.com/npc/19014)

My understanding is also that the drop rate on talismans is 100%, but haven't done any serious research.
