Are Sim Repops Still In?

from what i've gathered:

sim repops are a reward

blue R-class players are a bunch of whiny cunts and think they deserve sim repops more frequently because they are too afraid to compete with TMO/IB for real mob spawns

above attitude pisses rogean/staff off, does not press sim repop button

red server suffers as a result

or ... sim repops having to be triggered by the staff was a retarded idea from the very beginning. 3 were done and then they immediately faded out for months.

ya either keep it consistent with sim repops or add variance

been few months with no sim repop trigger.
