Cant get into some zones, or load characters in them

Sometimes the game loads fine, I play for several days, and then I start crashing. This happens, mostly, in resource intensive zones like GFay, and FoB. (the two I am having the most issues with at the moment)
I can spend hours just trying to load the characters in these zones, while a character in North Karana loads up just fine. I don't even get the loading bar from character select, it just crashes to the server select window. I have done every "fix" I can find in the forums, from loading game as admin, updating game files, Closing every non necessary programs... to loading from low resolution.
Anyone have a fix, or work around for this issue?

Imhaving the exact same issue. I havent had much help on the issue as of yet but hopefully we can get some insight.

I currently dont have a static Ip address because the isp i currently have doesnt offer them. Do you think maybe this has something to do with it?
