Miscellaneous: Two seperate factions with identical names...?

I know only two factions are suppose to compose the Qeynos Guards, the corrupt side and the true side but I honestly get 4 different consideration between just the guards in Qeynos. The first faction boost is from completing the "Bard Report" quest (http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/quest.html?quest=501) given in South Qeynos by Jusean Evanesque and I turned in at North Qeynos. It showed my faction as being max with the guards of Qeynos but I run by and take out a pup and it says my faction is still increasing. --> o.O DUNDUNDUN

Additionally, I did "The Crate" quest (evil version -http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/quest.html?quest=566) this also showed that my faction could not possibly get any better? Also, this quest isn't suppose to increase faction with GOQ but actually decrease it - but that is just another bug.

This quests gives proper faction adjustments on my Wood Elf Druid but not on my Dark Elf Necromancer.

I've got a thread in the developer forums, the factions are working fine, there's only one GuardsofQeynos faction, and both of these point to it. It's likely an issue with the way one of the two reports the hit at cap.
