Default Experience Cap

Hi there,

Not sure what happened to experience cap, but i remember pling a lvl 1 on a lvl 30 mob approx and the level one would ding straight to 5, and then from there the xp would slowly decaying. Now he only gets 10% (either its a lvl 30 mob or a red lvl 4), when did this happen? or What did i miss?

Yeah, I'm pretty sure they had classic evidence to back up the mob xp cap. Now, I'm not sure there ever was any evidence on quest xp cap, but it's not the worst thing to have it anyhow.

Shouldn't be a cap on xp from quests, only NPCs

The cap we currently have is on both kills and quests. If you have evidence otherwise, post it.

I actually did at the time:

Unfortunately, Nilbog didn't find it to be enough proof. I'll agree it wasn't great evidence, but I honestly never saw any better proof there was a quest cap.
