Server events

After reading through forums....random here and there. I came across someone posting about the admin of this server giving X2 xp for a given time.

Has that ever occurred and will that ever occur in the future?

Also, are there other 'bonus' type events (GM) that occur?

I understand this is as classic as possible, but I am curious if there is anything that Admins/Devs do for the community that is 'outside' of classic, per say.

Red has permanent 300% xp bonus in full groups. As for events it has been quite some time since I've seen one though my playtimes are limited ^^

I believe I read somewhere that Blue has xp bonus in groups as well.

Anyway, more 'certain' information would be great.

It has the classic 2% per person beyond the first, so 10% for full group. Better than a poke in the eye with a stick, but not quite the same ^^

It hasn't happened in a while, but exp bonuses used to be a gift from Rogean/devs for specific time periods on blue. It usually was a holiday thing, although I think I recall having an exp bonus after one of the rounds of DDoSing for a couple weeks.
