Game minimizing when a action bar is clicked

When I am playing in full screen and I click on any action bar or the menu button the game either minimizes itself or it goes back into windowed mode.

Is there a way I can stop this?

You have to center the YES or NO dialog screen on the center of your screen and then enter fullscreen mode twice.

Do u notice ur cursor change from fancy eq gold to normal windows white? Anywhere u click white will act like ur clicking ur desktop (or whatever is behind eq) and become active. I've had to log out (full screen) and log back in to fix it before. If that doesn't work, go into eqclient and change "windowed mode" from 'true' to 'false . Both temp fixes tho Cuz it still happens to me randomly [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

I have this exact issue, but It's mostly isolated to the top 2 inches of my screen completely from left to right.

If I go to click something in that area it treats it like it's my desktop and immediately minimizes the game and focuses on the desktop. Absolutely annoying as all hell lol.

The dialog box that appears on your screen when you initially switch to fullscreen mode via the options window. Do that twice and it should stick.

Try pressing ALT + RETURN twice to go from FS to Windowed, and then back into FS. I used to get this a lot in full screen mode due to the selected resolution.

Nowadays I only ever play in Windowed mode so don't need to worry about this anymore.

You need to set your ingame resolution to match your resolution in your eqclient ini file.
