Default Question about bard swarming and pc performance

anyone ever swarm on a junk PC? I would like to make a bard, but am afraid ill never be able to swarm because of my PC. I usually never lag, but sometimes will get the "twitches" which i heard can instagib you while swarming.

Specs
Intel Core2 Duo E8500 @ 3.16ghz
6gb ram

They can start rubber banding sometimes, but I swarmed fine with my core2 quad.

Might be okay, just keep your clip plane lower than most people would (can make it annoying to pull), and have your spell effects/everything else low.

Start with small pulls (3-5 mobs or something) and slowly increase it and see what happens.

close all other applications on your computer, turn off shadows, use low quality textures, turn off sky, low sound quality, minimum clip plane, minimum actor clip plane, /hidecorpse all, turn off spell effects, turn off DoT damage text... and keep the mobs out of your field of vision

ramdisk kills those twitches, install it, make a new eq small folder, it will use your ram instead of your hard drive, avoiding any twitch from loading of memory.

Came here expecting bard hate. Glad there was none.

Biggest swarm I've done is only about 25-30 so far but I've had no issues even with maxed out draw distance. My comp is fairly similar to yours but I dunno about your gpu. I'm using an nvidia 750 ti gtx.
