Default int/wis to mana calculations

Can anyone tell if this mana calculator is correct (as far as EQemu is concerned)?

http://www.geocities.co.jp/Playtown-.../manacalc.html

I just wanted to know if any of it is different from live...

-------------------------------------------------

As far as I know, these are the correct calculations on live (or at least they were back in 2003):

Below 200 WI:

Mana = ( [ 850 * level ] + [ 85 * WI * level ] ) / 425

This can be simplified to: (WI+10)*level/5

Above 200 WI:

Mana = ( [ 11250 * level ] + [ 33 * WI * level ] ) / 425

As far as being exactly at 200, I'm not sure if it falls in the below or above category. I've heard conflicting things and it's been a long time since I cared about such things.

I use that formula in a spread sheet I made for my Druid so I can compare what will happen if I update certain equipment and so far <200 formula is pretty close (not anywhere near getting >200 wis), but my spreadsheet never quite seems to match what it is showing me on the p99 server. Always seems to be a discrepency of +/- 30 mana or so. I haven't been able to figure out what might be causing it, but its been close enough for my purposes.
