Desync

It seems like 2 to 3 times an hour I am constantly lagging out to the point where is desync and everyone and everything disappears. If I don't want to wait for the crash I can /camp out and come back in real quick. This has been happening A LOT. Is there any info I can give you so you could possibly help me? I think its something connection wise on my end but I don't know what as other games and other programs (including EQ on live servers) have no problems whatsoever. Any help would be appreciated.
