UI Reset Problem

When I logged on today all of my interface and macros were reset to default, and my friends list was wiped. After fixing it all back I noticed the issue occurs again every time I zone (including wiping all my memmed spells from whatever hotkeys they were on). Extremely annoying - anyone know how to fix?
