Quest Issue: Shaman Epic Quest Starter Mobs

Not all of these mobs seem to be spawning the lesser spirit that will begin the shaman epic. I know they did a few days ago as I killed Peg Leg multiple times and he spawned the spirit each time, but now they've stopped. Spoke with some other characters in game and the FoB mob is the only one we were able to get to spawn the lesser spirit for the quest.

Can confirm. Peg Leg doesn't seem to be spawning a lesser spirit upon death. I've managed to get a lesser spirit to spawn off of both Capt Surestout and Blinde since Peg Leg stopped spawning it.

Alright, so after speaking with some more members including yourself it seems to only be a problem with Peg Leg actually. Original reports were stating others weren't spawning the spirit as well but it may only be Peg Leg that is having the issues.

I killed peg leg today 3 times, nada, personally went to fob then rathe mountains both of those spawned properly. Think its just a peg leg issue. I don't even know where to start though for faction, did this before with the pages combining but apparently they changed that? can't get container anymore, checked patch notes for the last 3-4 patches just can't find exactly what they changed about shaman epic see no notes.

Gotta start at the beginning and either work your way up to the pages so you have enough faction or do the earlier parts over and over so you have enough faction...but you do have to have a certain faction before EJ spirit will give you the book

There was possibly an issue affecting Peg Leg which was fixed in game yesterday.
