Error after launching server i want

i get this error when i launch the blue server... any ideas?

I dug around and found a few solutions. Some people mention setting the launcher .bat file to compability mode - windows xp. Others say try wineq2. I tried the compability to xp but didn't work. I found the only solution/fix for me is running in windowed mode. Never full screen. I edited it in the eqclient file and set to windowed. Try this and let me know if that worked. Apparently there are plenty of people with this issue as I found a few threads about this. Good luck
