Mouse issues continue

Re installed EQ, switched out three different mouses...still cant see what my buffs are when i just put my mouse over the icon, or like even when i inspect someone i can't see what any of their items are. Reloading the comp, updating the mouse software and still nothing. Any ideas would be awesome. Have been thinking maybe installing a new UI may get the job done...just kind of like the classic . Thanks in advance

usually just need to shut down & restart your computer...

That sounds like the bug you get when Windows has been running for too long without being properly restarted. If you are using Windows 8, the 'shut down' option is actually a hibernation state and you need to restart to clear out the accumulated bugs and memory leaks. I assume the same will be true of Windows 10 and it may also be true of Windows 7 and Vista.

Of course, if you are still on XP or earlier, that's fine; as they say around here, "shit's classic..."

Thanks for the tips on the shut down feature will try and restart completely when i get home and see if that does he trick

The actually shutting down, (which makes me hate this version of windows even more) is what did the trick. Thanks so much
