![]() In the gym. I use hard cardio bi's and tri's for rest days. By next may I will be 30 hopefully weighing 260 at less than 8% body fat . Might even consider doing a show at super heavy.... anyone want to sponsor?

![]() Yep.. bench is lacking. .. only been working out 3 years. .. working off a computer shaped , Sony sponsored body is hard work. I was 330 3 years ago never doing any type of lifting before. Trust me it's harder to hit the 1200 club than most people know
