![]() It would be greatly appreciated to anyone who can help me find out why I'm getting a DB error- invalid username /password after the Velious patch. Please. I have turned off firewalls/changed the password (my friend is able to log me on so I km now it's right)/ tried to back up to my previous working files. Ever since I did the patch I cannot log on please help 😔.

![]() was it definitely 3 L's and 2 K's... or was it 2 L's and 3 K's?
Try making a 2nd login server account and see if that works just to eliminate it being something connection related. | ||

![]() I have tried to login under their accounts and no dice. I'm 100% I'm putting everything in correctly (I type the password in the username area to make sure it's showing correctly and not doing anything weird).

![]() Windows 7. I signed in before the update that same day and it worked. Then I downloaded the update and it quit letting me in.

![]() Yes, I have reset it and my friend logged it in and verified it works. It just won't work for me and neither will their accounts.
