![]() Is it tru that positioning matter when killing mobs ie ; tank should be as close aas he can and the rest of melee should be at max melee range or is this false. Or is this only tru if mob is rooted.
My vote is positioning matters. | ||

![]() Without root involved it doesn't matter, the tank just needs to hold aggro. Good guy rogues and monks should evade/FD but they don't always do it.
Some weird shit apparently happened in the last patch with root, don't quite get it myself. It's no longer strictly closest being the one taking hits, yet that still seems to be the case every time I've grouped with a root on the mob. | ||

![]() It was perma rooted mobs that were switched off proximity agro.
Sontalak Yelinak etc Regular root should still work the same as always. Melee range otherwise means nothing. | ||
