Guild For New Players?

I'm an old EQ vet returning to my once beloved EQ. I really would love to start up a guild with others who are returning or maybe starting for the first time ever. Basically it would just be a group of people who play together through the first large chunk of the levels. Then if they decide to move on to another raiding guild that's cool. I just want to be able to easily access other players my level and build relationships, as that is the BEST part about this game. Anyone interested? I'll probably be rolling a warrior or a mage.
