Modernize the spell landing txt on ice comet

"Skin freezes" REALLY?

Requesting anything better than this - please modernize this for the sake of eliminating blandness.

<target> is bombarded by giant shards of ice , whatever, it's up to you devs. Simple string replacement. Just for the sake of making up for lazy dev text whoever copy+pasted this string from lvl 1 ice spell (not eq99 devs, but the originals)

I'd also like to know if Ice Comet will ever get the awesome spell effect of a huge Ice Comet hitting the target.

Though I would like to see this as well, I do not think it would be in the spirit of the game era. Now if the progression server were to add it with the option of luclin models, AA's, etc then fine.
