We don't have sufficient numbers of Half-Elf druids so will be selling the MQ to this head.

You need the 3 Priest Heads from WL and must be level 55+ Tunare Druid (Human/Half-Elf/Wood Elf)

Also have Unadorned Leather Gloves MQ available (requires Ally CoV faction) for you halfling druids who are sad you can't use this Derakor Head.

Doesn't the head rot most of the time anyway?

In a few months it will probably, yes.

Right now we have only had a single one not be bid on (this one).

So you could wait 3-4 months and hope to catch a rot, or pay a relatively small amount to get the harder part of the quest for gloves most Druids won't replace.
