Anybody else have their tooltips disappear?

Prior to yesterday, I could put my mouse cursor over inventory items or spell gems and it would tell me what the item/spell was.

Now it ain't doing that, and I can't figure out why, or how to change it back.

Any suggestions?

Restart your computer. That usually fixes it. Everquest Titanium starts to act funny when the PC is left on too long.

And Restarting seems to work better than Shutting Down. It's something to do with Windows and memory blahblah.
