NPC Spawn Issue: a spectre (Qeynos Catacombs)

my memory is fuzzy but I thought all spectres were on the 6 minute respawn timer?

The 4 a spectre spawns in Qeynos Catacombs are on a 20-30 minute respawn timer.

Tried to sleuth an answer but I couldn't find anything in regards to their respawn time.

I believe you are correct, but even when trying to research the drops on these mobs last week there was little to no information.

The only mention I could find on the bestiary is from 2002

this place is a pit asking to be taken. the loot here sucks. however, the spectres are very good exp here esp with the bonus. as a paladin i eat undead for breakfast. any evil who stands in my way will have to first make it past the qeynos guards then me.

There's also a few mentions about a 20% ZEM but I'm not sure if they're just talking about a solo mod. I don't think this guy would say the spectres are very good exp if they were spawning every 20 minutes.
