Crest of the Fauns [Sig Ring Quest]

I've found the 2 bags in Kael, I click on them nothing happens, ive clicked the 2 quest pieces it tells you to click on ground to bring container up to combine, nothing. Spent a good 10 mins there doing anything I could to try and find a container to combine, nada. Anyone completed this part yet? Maybe its bugged? Also if this is wrong spot to post for questions on quests let me know, I don't see anything related to things like this, maybe we're due for a Quest Discussion section?

Essentially you have to take one of the bags (either the herbs or the bag of sulfur) and try to drop it near one of the bags on the ground*. It'll open up the trade window and you can put the second one there as well. Make sure your FR is high! * you should be clicking on the ground, not on the bags. Those are just a visual cue.
