Default Recharging items on vendors

In classic you could sell and item to a vendor and buy it back with full charges on it. This wasn't changed till like post velious i do believe. Not sure if this has already been discussed or if it is even possible to make happen with emu, but what are your guy's thoughts on this? I just remember the staff of forbidden rights used to be $$ before the patch that nerfed this.

Most of anything you sell to the vendor will not appear on the buy list, atleast to my experience.

Pro tip: Go to a vendor that has few items showing. There is a maximum of how many will show at a time.

After a patch is a safe bet as all player vendor stuff is poofed.

But there are plenty of out of the way vendors that i can think of that are almost never used by players.
