I accidentally got aggro as a level28 necro, kited it for 20 minutes, and got a cloak. If I can do it, any lazy man can.

Honestly, I must have seen him up 3-4 times a day just grinding the centaurs. I know there is a system, but since I have no real need for the cloak, I never looked into it. If you are a tracker, I'm sure you could easily find him by just sitting at centaurs and tracking.
