Default Petition to remove Plugging from r99.
Being able to plug removes 99.9% of the threat of dying and still enables a chance to retain zone control with a coordinated unplugging. Please help make red again by removing plugging.

I think plugging and zone hugging pvp is great actually. I usually gate if I cant get 3 or 4 pumice clicks off.
