Throw some dmg onto the mobs and get Coldain + Claws of Veeshan Factions.

It's been going on all day. So if you need Velious dragon faction or Coldain dwarf faction get here asap.

Last I checked it is still going on. Not inside kael but in Wakening Lands right at the Kael zone line.
