Potion of the Bone Field

I was crazy enough to leave FoB and now I need a lot of spells and meditation training. Any idea what the cost is on these potions? And can a newbie player even offered them? Thank you.

TP potions crafted by shaman are sold around 300pp. Also, they are supposed to be in game, but cant' be crafted till next patch.
