Shaman Guildmaster on Bridge in East Cabilis - Resolved
That was done later in the game, he originally was in the Shaman guild if I recall correctly. Had old player at work say the same thing.

Ahh Perhaps then he just was not in the zone at that time. Could be why I remember him not being on the bridge.

Earliest I see him is Oct 28th, 2002 from http://web.archive.org/web/*/http://....shtml?zone=96
He was likely added as a quest NPC for a later edition of the Shaman Skyiron quest (which, I believe, we will have on this server?) so could take him out now and add him back in later, or just leave him in.
