Wikileaks - need technical help

Yesterday i was reading the leaked cables on Wikileaks.ch and after a while i realized that i could not connect to the guardian newspaper, one of the 5 newspaper with access to all the cables that were leaked.

At first i thought that i had done something to offend in the comments, but since i never got a comment erased that didnt seem right. I used a proxy website to connect through the guardian and it worked.

So i tried a traceroute to check where my packets jammed, and it looks like any requests i make from my computer to the guardian website doesnt get through, because i dont even make one hop, i get a "destination unreachable" message.

Any tech-savy folks have any tips to figure out whos/whats preventing me from accessing the guardian website?
