i collected all the stuff combined them in the bag and handed it in and got the shackle of clay. that worked perfect.

unfortunatetly i also mistakenly handed in the shackle of dust at the same time and he ate it. gave the message "You will get nothing until i get handed 2 bandit masks and the shackle of clay and dust

will all kunark quests be MQ enabled?

at the moment on live there is only 1 quest that is MQ enabled

A lot of them will. If we had clear evidence it was MQable as well as having the npcs phrase, we added it.
