Have to say, there are services in this game that are just services, but then there are these guys.. they are upstanding, diligent, and knowledgeable. I know because I just purchased this shawl and I got mine in just mere minutes. Granted, I'm on the lucky side. But I am most positive that they would have stayed longer if needed. For someone who has sold services before - and someone who prides on customer service throughout the process - they are the best I've dealt with as of yet in regards to purchasing anything. Need more of them on this server.

Great service, great communication. Was even able to work around my hectic/random schedule (I work on Call)
Took 2 nights for it to drop (perhaps I was unlucky) but they stuck with it till job and even gave updates every 30minutes If you want a Shawl without dieing in SG over and over look no further | ||
