Can any developer say whether or not you guys intend to release expansions to the server on the original time line of game or as you can get them working properly?

My guess would be that your question is too difficult to answer and therefore never has been answered. The reason being a multitude of things, namely content not being ready like you said. From what I hear, it sounds like Hate and Sol Ro will be released together. Perhaps not all the Sol Ro quests are finished. It's been said that when Sol Ro comes out, jboots will be changed to a quest, manastones, guise, etc. will be removed or changed. Perhaps the jboots quest version isn't ready yet.

These are all crazy scenarios I made up in my head. Hopefully they are wrong and a dev will correct me.

They've stated repeatedly that they intend to follow the original timeline to the best of their ability.

I don't feel like searching for specific threads (some of which were likely on the old forums), but they're there if you dig far enough. Probably better to just take my word for it.
