Frame/lag issues

i couldnt find a thread for this anywhere, but when i log onto the server, my character moves at ridiculous speeds, skipping frames, and it seems like my frames are broken or lagging and im not sure what to do to fix it

when i run it doesnt show my character running, it just skips to a random spot. and i spin around waaaaaay to fast

sounds like a multi core issue ... check the sticky in this forum

You can also try limiting your FPS under options.
