Tailoring for Bear Skin Potion Bag
I need confirmation on whether or not " Grizzly Bear Skin" and " Thick Grizzly Bear skin" are one and the same.
I know they obviously have different titles, but Im trying to make my alchemy bag, and the thick skins are the only thing Ive seen drop. I combine that with the silk cord, and its telling me the items cannot be combined together. I've been working for two days trying to get both tailoring and brewing up to do this...And now I get this message. Getting frustrated. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks | ||

They're different. You need grizzly bear skin (which does indeed drop). I think I've got one on my alt in EC tunnel if you want it.

West Karana, North Karana and Rathe Mountains have a lot of grizzly bears (the only ones that drop the grizzly bear skin). I should say Rathe Mtns has an area by the unkempt druids that has a ton of all kinds of different bears including grizzly.
Qeynos Hills also has a Rabid Grizzly that spawns every seven minutes or so near the Blackburrow entrance that drops a high percentage of grizzly bear skins and high quality bear skins. Great cash cow for lowbies in that area. You can also just auction in EC, they go for around 20-30pp each. | ||
