Hey, just a quick question about faction :

if NPCs con red and dubious to you in cities, can they attack you ?
Or they will only attack if the faction worse (scowls and threatening) ?

No, dubious will never attack... and related, vendors will never con below dubious (bankers can/will kill you though... con before banking [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.])

I got attacked and killed by Librarian Kesler in Paineel, I guess some NPCs have different factions in there then [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]
