NPC Spawn Issue: Giant Skeletons and Cyclops in Rathe Mts

I remember killing bears and lizards to spawn a ton of these right inside the zone from lake rathe. Well after killing quite a few I've come to the realization that they aren't PH at all. So I did a little digging, and found some old posts from people saying the same thing I remembered. Hopefully I'm on the right track.

Thats about hill giant though, not cyclops and skellies.

Also, the giant skeletons aggro cyclops. So, after a while there will probably be cyclops and lizardmen spawned with little to no skeletons.
