Default Pets holding aggro

It seems like 30% of the time when a player runs in to attack a mob to save pets, the pets continue to hold aggro instead of the mob turning on the player. From what I recall as soon as a player came within melee range that was on the hatelist the mob would automatically turn on the player. I've had countless pets lost on my Necro with this happening and it's a little frustrating.

Could not replicate, moving to resolved. Possible was a temporary issue. If more details emerge to specific scenarios (such as low HP pet), please repost more details.
