Game Mechanics: Ant's Potion usage

This is not something that is in current need of fixing on p99, but is something that should be done in the future. Right now on p99, Ant's Potion is always usable everywhere.

*General Crafts*

- The Ant's Potion may now be used anywhere.

Before this patch, I believe Ant's Potion could only be used in the same places as Shrink (assumed due to the effect of the potion).
