It inhibits the ability to clot. No clotting = you cut yourself, you gonna bleed a bunch.

Have you tried doing /friend Warfarin, and /who all friend whenever you log in? I realize that sometimes people hold names on chars they never play on, but it's also true that not everyone checks the p99 forums regularly, so this thread may never be seen.

If the character with that name is often being used, the method above should allow you to contact whoever's holding the name fairly soon. It's worth a try at least.
