NPC Spawn Issue: 2 Butcher KC's not dropping anything

Darm Dundam and Ganbar Dundam are two "Kaladim Citizen faction" mobs to the left outside the docks. They drop nothing. Don't think this is correct. Like all "KC" mobs in Butcher they should drop coin, occasionally a FS axe and rarely a rune or word.

I looked for a min for this. Nothing on allakhazam or magelo about their loot. If someone can provide some evidence or links, we'll fix it up.
