Db error - no loginserver account

Hello, I recently installed all the necessary files to login to project 1999 server. When I try to login it says Db error Invalid password. From all of the threads I have looked at with a similar issue they all say to go to your loginserver account but I can't find that anywhere? Thanks in advance. P.S.
