Yea the Ancient Blade loot rights I've turned down offers of 50k and 75k before. The blade is too damn rare and to kill her with minimal forces you're still needing around 5-6 people to kill her, so you'd have to split the bounty among that many. Anything short of 100k is likely a waste of those people's time.
Just a little helpful advice if you're interested in buying the Ancient Blade loot rights since MQ isn't an option. Let me know whenever you're ready for the Ball MQ.
