Personal Comment:
This was the PoF version of the Basson Gauntlets. The
only difference was this thing was droppable for some reason. It was removed
from the game in early 2000 because its effect worked at level 1. It was bad
enough when humans were the only monks, Iksars would have made the thing even more abusive.
