Wizard Tears line of spells all look the same

Tears of Prexus
Tears of Druzzil
Tears of Solusek

All have the same spell graphic of a raining fire. On lucy they all show a different spell animation with no history of changes. Is there a reason they are all the same spell graphic on p99?
