Miscellaneous: Sir Lucan D'lere's weak faction hit

It seems to me that the Freeport Militia aren't as fond of Lucan as I remember them being. To my knowledge one kill of Lucan was a big enough faction hit to make you instantly KoS.

I am a Dark Elf, so I am already KoS, but after killing Lucan my faction with Freeport Militia didn't even drop from threateningly to ready to attack. Nor did any of the other Freeport friendly races get their factions dropped.

I can testify to this. When I killed Sir Lucan D`Lere for my epic me and my entire group became instant KoS.
