Graphics stuttering on Windows 10 - this worked for me.

After a recent update in Windows 10 my graphics performance was abysmal in EQ - stuttering and such. Valve sent a notice about this out for Dota2 players (this is where I found it) - I don't even own an Xbox or have an Xbox Live account, but I did the regedit steps at the bottom to disabled the Xbox DVR feature, and after doing that my EQ performance problems went away.

Just figured I'd post it here in case anyone else was having this problem.
